Noise is a neighbor and environmental issue. Without time, level, and a repeated record, the office can do little.

- Record the time, how long it lasts, and which unit.
- Send one polite written notice and keep it.
- If it continues, tell the environment bureau or police. Don’t retaliate.
03Find
The environment bureau handles noise. Call 110 for urgent disturbance. Neighborhood mediation also works.
