Wages must be paid on the agreed schedule. A delay is not a favor you wait out.

- Save pay slips, transfers, and the contract or offer.
- Ask HR in writing: which period, how much, and when.
- List the unpaid months. Don’t rely on a coworker’s word.
03Find
Call 1955 or the local labor bureau. Wage claims have a time limit. Ask legal aid if it has been a long time.
