Seven days online. A physical shop often has none.

01Stop

Distance or doorstep sales can be cancelled within seven days of receipt, with no reason. Buying in a physical shop usually does not get those seven days.

02Act
  1. Check whether it was online, TV, a doorstep sale, or a shop you walked into.
  2. Count seven days from the day after delivery and keep proof.
  3. Return the goods or send written notice. A review is not a cancellation.
03Find

If the seller refuses, call 1950. Fresh food and custom goods can be exceptions if they were disclosed first.
